CEC's Residential deposit is $150.00.  CEC can run a utility credit check to determine if residential accounts are exempt from the deposit based on your credit history. Commercial deposits are based on estimated usage.

A service connect fee of $20 will be charged on the first bill and a $5 (refundable) Membership if you are not an active member of CEC.  
Note: The main electrical breaker should be in the off position for CEC to connect service.
