Directions

  • Located on SW SR 47, 2.3 miles north of exit 423 on I-75.
  • From Baker County - Take US 90 west to Lake City, then SR 10A (Baya Avenue), left on SW Main Blvd, then slight right onto SR 47. Office will be on the left.
  • From Union County - take SR 100 west to Lake City, then left on SR 10A (Baya Avenue), left on SW Main Blvd, then slight right onto SR 47. Office will be on the left.
  • From south - take SR 47 north to Lake City, 2.3 miles past I-75. Turn right to office.
  • From Fort White - take SR 47 north to Lake City, 2.3 miles past I-75. Turn right to office.
