Clay Electric ranks in top five for customer satisfaction

KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. – Clay Electric was recently listed among the top five midsized utilities in the South for customer satisfaction in July and August 2012, according to a survey conducted by a national research firm.

Clay Electric’s customer satisfaction index ranking of 704 placed it fourth from the top of a list of 31 utilities in its division, moving it up from a fifth-place ranking earlier in 2012. Clay’s score is well above the national average score for utilities of 638, and is an increase from its previous score of 681

The study measures customer satisfaction in the areas of power quality and reliability, price, billing and payment, corporate citizenship, communications and customer service.
