Andy Chaff, General Manager/CEO
Andy Chaff is the general manager/CEO of Clay Electric Cooperative.
Chaff brings 34 years of experience with Clay Electric, where he started in Sept. 1991 as an engineering technician. His career steadily advanced, serving as a field engineer, district engineer and district line supervisor. He served as district manager of the Orange Park District Office from 2009-2025, overseeing service reliability and member operations across one of the co-op’s largest districts. Chaff was selected as GM/CEO in 2025 and began his tenure in 2026.
